Hello, Just a quick question really hes had the upload increase in his area and cannot get above 1.8mb no matter what we try, He spoke to virgin and they sent him a new super hub but that didn't do anything either any ideas? if you need stats i can get hold of them.

That looks normal so the must be a fault on the network.

Try and log into the SuperHub configuration pages and go to the Advanced settings. Then could you choose the DMZ Host page and change the default MTU size to 1487. Once you have done this please click apply and then run the speedtest again from speedtest.net and the London server to see if your upload speed increases.

Tried 1478 and 1500 still no higher than 1.8Mb upload anything else you could think of?

Does the super hub have QOS ?
