Core network issues anyone?

Is it just me or is anyone else seeing major core network congestion tonight?

I'm seeing <6mbps speeds and a major hike in latency to both my endpoint CPE:

and other CMTS' in my area:

Oddly cmts stats seem to show a major hike for everybody:

but my own pingmonitor shows other areas aren't affected (e.g. Cambs):

So is anyone else having issues or is it just me (and is the cmts monitor on UKIR is lying)?

[Edit]

Never mind, looks like it's just the Manchester => Edinburgh link that's broken.

And trust VM's faults checker service to be broken right when you need it...

Yeah the loss is for all VM connections, something with their interconnect that's been having trouble for a while now.

Anyhow, looks like the speed issues cleared up, and was just some parts of north england/scotland.
