Import OGM to Answering Machine

Hi.

Please forgive me if this is OT (not necessarily cable related).

Does anyone know if there is a domestic telephone answering machine that I can import a recording of an Outgoing Message from a PC on (e.g. by USB, audio jack, memory stick or SD card)?
