A Question to A software

Hello

Can I use this software without an internet connection?

And if I understood that right the software will simulate an special IP-address an Address which simulates an Internet connection so Programs which need to have an IP Address think that I am connected with the internet

Is that right?

Virtual Local IP : http://www.cn2u.co.uk/vlip/

Thanks for help

Nope as I don;t know the software involved.. But by reading your first post I don't see how you can emulate an internet connection as due to the variance in said connection.. How exactly do you emulate access to varying websites???? Closest I've ever seen is googles cached system where your not actually connecting to a site but instead a snapshot.

I think you might need to explain more as to what you expect the result to be..

Hello

So you should read the information given on the website..

I don't want to use the simulated connection to browse the web.

I just want to use the sumulated connection with Net Meeting l

No-one should read the information on the website.. It's not compulsory...

Even if I did read the information on the website it still wouldn't tell me how exactly would like to implement said software and the reasons why.

I think I'll leave you to it as again you seem to want members to read your mind and virtually help

Why don't you go and get a virtual person to help you?

I seem to remember trying to help you with something once before and remember the stress it caused then too and also the attitude.

This time I'm going to keep it simple. RTFM. It might also be useful to read up on how netmeeting works, or at least used to as its now been obsolete for about the last 10 years.

Apologies to mods if that term is a no no.
