V+ Error code 2001
Hi all, I have just upgrade to TiVo today and getting it installed on Friday. I will be keeping the V+ in another room. I have just gone to record a programme on the v+ and have got an error code 2001 and message "v+ is unavailable". Would I be right to relate the problem to the addition of TiVo to my account?

He means they've messed up the account. Give Virgin a call.

The box is incorrectly set on your account a click of a few buttons on our side will quickly rectify it.

Thanks for the replies all. I called faults last night after posting but the guy was reading from a script and couldn't help, just said it would be activated within 24 hours and there was nothing he could do. I'll try again.
---------- Post added at 17:52 ---------- Previous post was at 17:28 ---------- Spoke to another person in faults who said the reason is because the TiVo box has been put on the account. Even second line support couldn't resolve the issue there and then and said it should be fixed by the morning. I don't hold out much hope! |
