Topcashback for 'New Customers Only'?

Hello. Topcashback are offering £151.50 cashback on bundle orders for 'New Customers Only' not upgrades. We have had Virgin Media in the past, probably cancelled about 10/11 months ago. Does anyone know if we would count as a new customer or would we have to wait for 12 months to lapse. There seems to be no clarification anywhere in the small print.

Thanks you.

As long as you have not been a customer for 3 months, you'll be classified as a new customer if you sign up again.

Thanks Jameseh. How do you know this? Is it through personal experience or is it down in writing somewhere?
