Name of a tv show
 

Me and my other half was talking about old tv shows tonight and she asked me if I could remember one thats been racking her brain.

It was a husband and wife and the wife had a sister who had a scouse accent. The sister wore coloured leggings. And always wore loads of eye liner. She thinks she had scrunchies in her hair to.

Was on in the 90's around the same time as one foot in the grave, keeping up appearences, the upper hand, etc

Any ideas?
