number or contact details for retentions
 
im out of contract i currently have xl tv ,xl phone and xl bb , additional v box and 2 x mobile contracts am i likely to get a deal off retentions if i call them??

does anyone have the contact details for them in uk had all kinds of bad experiences calling overseas call centres

Ring 150 and select option for thinking of leaving VM.

am i likely to get anywere with them? my home services am paying about £75 per mth and £30 per mth with 2 mobile contracts

Your Virginmedia and Virgin Mobile bills are completely separate and have no bearing on each other.

Only one way to find out - but you will need to call retentions dept (customer service wont give you the time of day)

They do special mobile rates if you are already taking other services

What you should do is have a look at the website and see if there are any good deals - get on to retentions and get them to put you on it - you'll definitely get it - you will be expected to start new contract
