Net totally dead - Manchester 32

And has been since around 6 ish. Rebooted modem a few times but It's not locking on / syncing. I have checked the status page but everything says 'ok' which I find hard to believe as OD isn't available either.

Anyone else ?

Only area faults make it to the status page. Your issue is most likely a local one which VM may not know about so it's best to ring in.

If it is a localised issue affecting just yourself or a few neighbours then it will not make it to the status page so you will need to call up to register the fault.

Still down and just spoken to broadband help. They said its a national issue which I think is Billy Bull.

It's the best explanation yet though 'the modem needs 20 but is getting up to 200'
No eta for fix according to the lady. Could be 24 hours, could be more. Wouldn't normally be bothered but kids doing revising for exams and browsing is bobbins on phone.

Is the 50 meg dedicated support still available and if so, could someone post the number please?

Thanks a bunch.
