Strange issue when changing channels

Looking for a bit of help here. I have my V+ SA box connected to my TV by means of HDMI cable. Whenever I change channels I get the EPG and sound, but no picture. I have to press the power button on the V+remote twice to bring up the picture. This happens on any channel change, whether pressing channel up/down or entering the channel number. Don't get any such problem if I connect up using Scart so I assume there is an HDMI issue. Have tried different cable but no luck. Can anyone suggest any other troubleshooting I can try?

Sounds like a handshaking problem. Has this always been the case? EPG+Sound but no picture means that HDCP hasn't been established. I seem to remember a few people have reporting something similar in the past which was sorted by a box swap. I'd get an engineer booked.
