Preston Upload Speed Just Been Increased?
 
It would appear Preston has just been upgraded, was scheduled for June.

It appears my UBR in Preston has upgraded and I am now on 10:1 but a friend is on a different UBR in Preston and has not been upgraded and is still on 10:512 friend as done several reboots just to make sure I was under the impression they upgrade everyone to the new speeds all at once in an area.
