Superhub and YouTube

Videos watched on my netbook using Superhub wireless are usually fine, running without freezes. Yet on the desktop with a wired connection freezes are frequent and few videos run without stopping, and even refreshing often doesn't clear it.

Why should this be when the wired download rate is 30mbs and the wireless link usually half or a third of that rate? I cannot think of any explanation. Anyone any ideas?

Re: Superhub and YouTube

can you post the speed test from both, and do a pingtest from both as well.

you say it happens with one and not the other, which would suggest theres nothing wrong with your stats, you could post them anyway for the once over just in case

the freezes and buffering are usually caused by the firewall under services in the superhub gui, untick it, or tick it, which ever is the opposite to what its on now, and turn off IP flood detection. keep us posted how you get on
