Have you missed all the threads concerning TiVo somehow? just go to the Virginmedia tv section and read.

It's got some issues need attending but on the whole 10 times more fun than V+

+ It's lot faster than V+
+ Obviously has lot more space
+ You can give programmes the thumbs up/down facebook style & it will record things 'you like'
+ You can search for things (Actors, Titles, words, genres) you like
+ it searches on-demand content as well as the EPG and if it's not on either you can add it to a 'wishlist' to record it 'whenever'

Love my Tivo. Great fun and actually REDUCES tv watching time for me!
