switch account within minimum contract period
 

I am on the 7th month of a 12 month contract - I am planning to move out from my flat and would like to switch the account to the new tenant - am I allowed to do that without penalty charge?

It won't work. To do a transfer, the person you are transferring it to has to have been in the property a minimum of 6 months
