Connect Samsung TV to home network
I have just had installed a Samsung UE40D5520RK LED TV and with it from the rental co were two Home Plugs which should I am told, enable me to use the TV on my home network, which uses the SuperHub. One homeplug is connected to the SuperHub with an ethernet cable and the other to the TV by the same method. However, I cannot get the TV to use the PC as a source(as I can with a USB stick for instance) ,and when I try to select the PC I get a message to check cable connection. Any ideas out there people?

You should try connecting the TV's VGA input to your video card.

Re: Connect Samsung TV to home network
have u installed the software that came with the TV?
I hope u have more luck than what im having with my mates Samsung TV. I tried wireless and wired setup and when trying to play any forms of media from the PC it will play for a few mins and then skip on to the next file in that folder. |
Re: Connect Samsung TV to home network
Have you tried bypassing the homeplugs with a standard long patch cable direct into the superhub?
