EPG and Metadata Errors
 

Fortunately, Virgin Media have deemed that it is their responsibility to ensure the EPG data is good, by reporting errors to the company who provide the data to Virgin.

NickO on Virgin Media TiVo support forum said this regarding errors that customers spot:

"Please PM them to me with the title "Metadata Error" and include the programme, channel, and date aired. And the issue, of course."
