Energy saving?
 
Had this message when i wanted to rewind live tv on my V+ box, saying something to the effect of that I could not rewind any further due to Energy Saving Mode, please someone on this forum enlighten me on this functions settings:confused:

If you keep the V+ box tuned to the same channel for over 3 hours 5 minutes the drive powers down to save energy thus disabling the Rewind Live TV functionality.

Various things will wake the hard drive up - changing channel, pressing V+, etc. thereby re-enabling the Rewind Live TV functionality from that point onwards.

I have had the V+ box now just over a year and it is the first time I have come across this function!
