Modem settings altered overnight
 

Hello got up this morning and i noticed that i got some settings altered in my modem the mini slot size is now 4 i quickly did a reboot but still only have 1.6mb upload we suppose to be getting faster upload in July anyone tell me why Mini-Slot Size is now 4 instead of 1 ?

There was an issue with superhubs restricting upload speeds, when people had the upload speed increase, it was limiting their 5mb upload to 3mb, if its changed overnight, it looks like they have updated all hubs to use the new minislot of 4

Nothing to do with the Superhub this time it was a misconfiguration of the upstream profile on the CMTS - the only place where minislot sizes can be set.

Mine changed nearly 2months ago but still no increase in speed as im due in july wonder what there doing.
