Virgin Media least complained service provider (ofcom)
 

According to this release by Ofcom, Ofcom recieved the fewest complaints about Virgin Media compared to Sky,BT and TalkTalk.

Hutchison 3G UK (3),T-Mobile and Orange recieved the highest number of complaints for the mobile industry. This doesn't come as a surprise with the misleading advertising by Orange and it's 3G claims and with 3,T-Mobile's and Orange poor customer service.

As a 3 customer, the use of indian call centres triggers most complaints. I expect complaints about network coverage have reduced as Hutchison 3G have done major improvements to the network.
