V+ box falt
 

hi I think my V+ box is falty the Box was freezing up and channels were changing on there own that has stopped now but the HD is not as sharp as it could be so phoned virgin to say to to them and the guy said that my box is fine but the picure and sound on SD/HD channels are poor I have to turn the volume on my TV up to hear it so looked at tech stuff on my box it says total service 347 but it go's up and down :confused:.
