10Mb Not 20Mb

Hi Support Team

I recently upgraded my broadband package to 30Mb and am awaiting the modem (tomorrow Wednesday)

However the previous 10mb download speed is still testing @ 10Mb.

Could you please check it out for me.

You won't get the upgrade until the new hardware arrives - 30Mb is only supplied over the Superhub.
