moving house

I am moving house soon (we have virgin in old house) and checked on virgin media website to see if it is in that area, it said no t.v is available and no fibre optic for broadband, so phoned virgin and they told us that we can still get tv and broadband and phone in the new area?? But a company called simplified digital will contact us anybody else heard of this?

It looks like they are referring to Simplifydigital which is a switching to service giving advice on the best packages available in your area.

I expect they mean Freeview if your area is not within a Virginmedia cabled area.
