Number Please

Not being able to use my Virgin land-line phone at the moment I am unable to call Customer Services on 150. However through Google I have ended up with four diferent numbers all advertised as being for Customer Services. Anyone know which would be the best one to call? Thanks, my head hurts!

0845 454 1111
0904 169 0205
0845 454 2222
0800 052 1680

0845 454 1111 is the one on the website

not sure if the 0800 052 1680 will get you through

0845 454 2222 is Virgin. net

0904 169 0205 may be dialup support.

Re: Number Please

Thanks guys. The 1680 number is some sort of designated line for student customers. I will try the 1111 number tomorrow.

Or you could try

01256 752000

According to 'say no to 0870'

Customer services & faults
01256=Main switchboard - ask to be put through
Hope this helps

They post these numbers and they tend not to work because either they say you were called by Virginmedia as they are not inbound or the office does not have the facility to transfer and tell you to ring the correct number.

Been there got the t shirt.

I would be afraid of their throttling during peak hours!
