Watch again in HD

I am finding it virtually impossible to connect to the watch it again service for any HD content in the evenings between around 7pm and 10.30 or so. High demand is always the message that comes up. We were round at a friends house living 5 or 6 miles away and they were having the same problem. SD seems OK.

Presumably the infrastructure is just not up to handling the HD traffic. There was meant to be an upgrade recently and I had hoped that the problem might be addressed but it seems not. I live in the Brighton area, do people in other areas have the same difficulties??

The VOD servers were undergoing an upgrade so they could handle more traffic. Not sure if every area was done yet. I was watching some HD stuff last night and it was fine for me.

I had this months ago every night when trying to watch HD , to be fair though it did go away when VM upgraded my area.
