V stuff

Since I changed over my new PC, I have lost my V stuff, which I enjoyed collecting photos & having them developed free. Can I down load this again & where do I find the link on the Virgin :confused:page.

V Stuff is currently unavailable as the service is being upgraded. You will be able to log into My Virgin Media again and use the service from the 5th of April i believe.

Hope you're right. Service status is quoting 10th April as the fix date.

Thanks, so do I. I will wait a few days & try again. Hope they make it a bit easier as I found it a bit complicated at times. :)

Nash, i notice you're from good old ruggie too. Have you got your upload upgrade yet ? If not unplug your modem for thirty seconds and it should be ready when you plug it back in again.

Now for the reason i quoted you.

Could you please NOT use coloured text, it makes it really hard for us colour blind folks to read without having to highlight the page. ;)

Well I am on it now, and it is a different interface, but it is as slow as it was before. Absolutely useless.

Can't even get past the log in page. It's been stuck on the same "waiting for virgin media" bit for the past few mins. 5th try at refreshing the page still no difference. I guess the site is just too busy right now.

Sorry about the text. Did not realise the problem, I have only been in Rutherglen for the past 23 years. But it is handy for trains, & buses to Glasgow & also a bus to E K. I will try the un plug & give it a try.
Take care.
Margaret :)
