Todays TiVo email

Just got an email starting with the title "An update to TiVo availability" and starting with "Hello Dean", which is strange seeing as my name is Steve and the bill payers name is a female one beginning with "K"

Came from theteam.randomcrap.randomcrap@emails.virginmedia.c om. Is this legit, a VM screwup, or spam?

Did you break the email address to stop bots or is that genuinely the address it came from. Mine was from theteam....

A bit disappointed with the offer too. Oh well, I'll still take it!
