New channels after upgrade, how long??
 

Afternoon. Yesterday we finally upgraded to 50 mega bit from 20 with the added Sky hd sports and films. Got an e-mail saying they would be available within 24 hrs..............Tht's come and gone but still no Sky movies hd, it says I am not suscribed. How long should it take? I have re booted the box, but nowt happened.

You need to ring up and get them to check that it has been put through correctly as they may need to send a signal to your Vbox.

Did you sign up online? if you did it might take a while, if you do it online, you will get a "human" reply onces it been done, Because its not automated, somebody actually does it in the call center for you

Are you waiting for the 50meg install? if so the channels won't be activated until the install day.

Realised that when we phoned them. E-mail apparently sent out in error.
Could this be an omen????????????

I upgraded to the XL pack Wednesday, it was Thursday and 3 phone calls later before I got the extra channels through.
