Cable Nightmare
 
I need to replace the cable box (the one attached the wall which feeds the cable into the room) which was ripped out of the wall by builders refurbishing my flat. They then boxed in the cable and replastered the wall. Don't ask why they did it I'm still trying to work it out. Does anyone know how much a new install will cost, also the cost of the original box which I am sure will have to be replaced. And which department at Virgin do I explain this to!
The very red-faced building company has accepted full liability and will be paying the bill.

Contact Customer care on 150, they will be able to arrange a call out for this. If there is a charge it will be £99 for the engineers time, the isolator will be provided free

Thanks for your prompt reply. I thought I was going to have to pay for the broken box and a replacement.

Unlikely to charge for the isolator, they aren't expensive.
