is anyone else having issues
 

this started last week with the tv freezing and broadband slowing down
now at exactly 6pm evenings it goes off both services
ive had 3 viusits from the team to fix the problem bgut seems to fix its self b4 the team gets here ..i am now wondering if this is deliberate because there are no issus from my next door neibhour who also has virgin ive had tv box up grade3d to hd and internet modem wilress installed ..what the is going on can anyone answer and is anyone else having this issue

As for your issue, unlikely to be deliberate, if its an infrequent fault then it could be a nice issue on the tap bank your connected to in either the chamber or cabinet outside your home. An engineer visit should still spot these issues and be able to resolve it.

The 6pm cut off seems to suggest that its some sort of local issue with noise/capacity.
