E-Mail Problem on super hub
 

Hi - looking for some help
Had the new 50mb Super hub installed this week, after a few teething problems mostly OK

One problem is a remote laptop, ( It would be the wife's! )which was running an ntlworld.com account happily before the upgrade can not now access the e-mail using Thunderbird.

Internet access is fine - tried changing settings etc etc but no good.

Please help - hair pulling out !!
