Extremely Slow T'internet
 

Hi. Anybody experience poor/no connectivity in the Bromley area? Web browsing extremely slow. Ran speedtest and got normal download speed but zero upload. I did speak to technical support, who said they have a fault on their servers causing upload problems. Due to be fixed by 8th march???? Got a discount on this months bill for lack of service, but not sure if i have been fobbed off or if there is a fault their end as nothing reported on the status page. Anyone else in this area having problems? Thanks.

Status page is for loss of service not performance issues, so it wont show.

If in doubt call back in, don't say you called up already.
