Help request!
 

Hello all,

I have just had the superhub installed and like many, I'm not happy with the wireless signal. I'm following the setup help that I found to connect my dlink router to the superhub, but the superhub isnt listing my router for me to assign an ip address.

Any help is appreciated!

Assuming you still have your old modem, ring up and ask for that to be added back to the account and the Super Hub removed until such a time as the issues with it are resolved by firmware update. Best solution right now, unfortunately. You could of course request another, but chances are it'll be just as defective as the one you have right now.
