"West Country fish fillets", where fish is caught in the West Country but filleted in China, was another highlighted example.
Surely it can't be cheaper to transport it there and back rather than pay people here to do the job?

Yes, books are still my default setting for stuff like this but I discovered the value of YouTube when seeking tips on preparing lobster. Some of the videos there are great - really clear and very helpful.
