Part of my installation to 50mb was to get another Virgin Media SuperHub.

I'm all up & running now with the new one.

What happens with the old one (3 weeks old) ;)

If you had a manned install then the engineer should have either left your one installed or took the old one with him.

Apart from that nothing as it is of no use to anyone, you could call Customer Services and ask for a returns pack to be sent out.

Seems to be helluva slow at loading web pages compared to the last one.

I get the 50mb download tested with

http://www.speedtest.net

&

http://speedtest2.virginmedia.com/speedtest

but quite often it takes ages to load a web page.

Will need to go through the settings again

Clear the Cache in your browser.

Personally I would keep hold of it for now, make sure the new one works.

Its already been on your account, so should be easy enough to put back if required.
