50MB installed today - huge packet loss

Hi all.

Would be obliged if someone can help me track down the issue. Virgin faults dept say no packet loss from their end to mine.

I uninstalled Zone Alarm to rule that out.

Disable IP Flood Detection (under Advanced settings, Content Filtering, Services.)
