Superhub Upgrade Questions
 

Hey Guys

Like a lot of you I've been offered a Cablehub and upgrade from 20Mb to 30Mb.

Currently I don't use wireless but was thinking of getting it so I could get Apple TV to go with my Mac. My speed via ethernet cable averages 15Mb and I use the internet primarily for watching American sports for 2 to 3 hours a time. I have a few questions which it would be grateful if you could help me out with:

1) Is there any prospect that by going wireless with the Cablehub, my internet connection could get slower notwithstanding the upgrade?

2) Can the connection drop off? (I don't want to be watching baseball only for the game to be interrupted on numerous occasions by the connection dropping off.)

3) In the event I wasn't happy with the wireless connection to my Mac could I connect the Superhub direct with an ethernet cable and just use it like my old modem?

4) Anyone use it with Apple TV at all?

1&2 yes as with any type of connection.

3&4 Yes.
