free 2Mb upload speed

HI,

Posted a thread regarding my current upload speed.I have just noticed from this forum that 20Mb users will get a free upgrade to 30Mb and upload speeds of 2Mb.
Any idea please when this will take effect in Bristol,or should I phone Virgin?

20mb users will get a free upgrade to 2mb upload speed.

30mb users will get 3mb upload speed.

Going from 20mb to 30mb costs Â£30, it is not free for most existing customers.
