upload speed

Hi,
Is my upload speed correct for a 20 mb connection ?

If you are in a non-uplifted area which going by that upload then yes as the speed is up to 768kb and when I was on 20Mb I used to get similar uploads on speed testing sites.

I'm getting this upload on 50 meg. Any ideas on how to improve it. Note my area has not got the 5 meg upload updates yet.

Have you rang the 50Mb support line on 0800 052 0431 and have they advised of any issues.

If you have not called try tomorrow from 0800.
