What happened to my free texts
 

Last month I received a text from Virgin Mobile to say that if I topped up by a certain date, I would get some free text messages from the middle to the end of February so I topped up, but I never got a confirmation text to say about my free texts. My query to the Virgin support forum remains unanswered, and I hung on for about 20 minutes on 789 till I got fed up waiting.
