Re: slow ox33
You have a fault on your line. Both your upstream and downstream power is out of spec, you'll need to call VM and get an engineer out.

Re: slow ox33
Im in ox4 and have same lock on frequency/snr/ but my downstream power level is +10.8Db sometimes 10Mb mostly ~1.5Mb levels the same (fine for our ntl modems ;)... been ***** since around sept nothing todo with anything your side its vms fault (probably too many users but it did happen very very suddenly) personally i had it with these guys BT infinatey in our area in july ... im moving soon going back to adsl...they owe me a home a few teeth and around £5,000 in earnings ******s!

Re: slow ox33
+10.8Db is too high and will cause slowdowns.
Excess load and overuitilization will also cause slowdowns. Combine a signal issue with an area load issue and they both make each other worse. |
Re: slow ox33
today sync kept flashing and downloads even less i would ring them but im not the account holder and they are unfortunately away atm do you have to be the account holder to get an engineer out / get it fixed?
