Sky plus box dead?
 

Hi, I have just woken up to a sky plus box with no power, no lights, no noise or anything. The only thing is a little crackle noise when I pull the mains cable in and out. I have no other cable to try, however i do have my old old sky box - which does have a light come on when i attached that to the sky plus power cable (hopefully ruling out issue with power cable).
Any ideas before I ring them. Its approx 5 yrs old.
