Odd drop out of service 50Mb with Superhub
Experiencing odd drop outs of service this afternoon and tech support couldn't see an issue. Without power cycling the Superhub the connection appears to restore by it's self. I have logged onto the Superhub and have these stats could anyone confirm if these are fine as support suggested if the issue continues an engineer will need to come and pay a visit.....

I would have booked you an engineer with that Upstream. |
Re: Odd drop out of service 50Mb with Superhub
Would it make any difference if I power cycled the superhub and then checked those levels again?
---------- Post added at 14:12 ---------- Previous post was at 13:41 ---------- After power cycle this is now the upstream power level, 54.9 dBmV. I guess it'll drop out soon and I'll give them another call. |

Re: Odd drop out of service 50Mb with Superhub
I thought the power inreased incrementally at steps of 0.25 dBmv?
That would mean 54.9 is an impossible figure. |

Downstream receive levels don't have any bearing on the granularity of upstream transmit power control though.
