Odd drop out of service 50Mb with Superhub

Experiencing odd drop outs of service this afternoon and tech support couldn't see an issue. Without power cycling the Superhub the connection appears to restore by it's self. I have logged onto the Superhub and have these stats could anyone confirm if these are fine as support suggested if the issue continues an engineer will need to come and pay a visit.....

Very likely the Upstream is causing issues as 50Mb tends not to like its Upstream higher than 55 dBmV and is probably going above that when you experience your issues.

I would have booked you an engineer with that Upstream.

Would it make any difference if I power cycled the superhub and then checked those levels again?

---------- Post added at 14:12 ---------- Previous post was at 13:41 ----------

After power cycle this is now the upstream power level, 54.9 dBmV. I guess it'll drop out soon and I'll give them another call.

Not really as you have seen.

I thought the power inreased incrementally at steps of 0.25 dBmv?

That would mean 54.9 is an impossible figure.

Thanks Masque.

They go up 1 to 9, so you can see 4.1, 3.9, 4.2 and so on.

Downstream receive levels don't have any bearing on the granularity of upstream transmit power control though.
