no channels
 
hi was watchint GOLD channel 126 paused it got up to make a coffee came back pressed play it froze all my channels r now blank no chenneld but in my mum and dad's part of the house all the cannels are ok::confused:

Try rebooting your box.

Have you tried using the fix it assistant? Checked all connections? Rang the service status line on 08005610061? :)
