bb curve 8520 "small black timer"
 

Hi,

since yesterday my bb has been showing a small black timer in the middle of the screen.

has any one else who has a bb curve 8520 expereincing this problem ?.

thought there might be a update so tried using bb desktop s/ware. that needed a update !!!.

Th little black timer is when something is loading ( a app or something ). I have not had this happen to me, try doing a soft reset ( when the phone is on remove the battery and also the sim card for about a min and wait for the phone to reboot ). This may solve the problem.

Also have you downloaded any apps for the handset ( as some times they send you a message saying that there is a update for the app ).

i had to remove battery to get the mob to turn off.
since then the timer has not appeared.
mob got confused with some thing i expect:clap:
