Phone contract

I have an 18 month contract that is due to end in feb.Does it just end or will i be informed of any upgrades i can make.I want a new phone.

They will call you to offer a new contract and an upgrade to a new phone, you could try ringing now as I got my upgrade last week and my contract was not up until February.
