Linux ?

Merry Christmas to all.:)
I have a old Toshiba S1800 Laptop that I would like to run Linux on.
Does any one have any suggestions what OS to use ?.

If its a fairly new laptop you will find Ubuntu perfect.

Yep the netbook version should be lightweight enough, before you load it you may want to look at the support site for the laptop to see if there are any linux drivers up there just in case you need them. The distros do cover a lot of basic hardware though.
