Error 3010
"You are not subscribed..." yadda yadda Im sure you guys know the error Im talking about....
I am getting this more and more frequently. At first, months ago, it was only a couple of times a month and rebooting the box fixed it. Now I'm seeing it a couple times a day. Again rebooting the box fixes it, but its getting tedious. Is this something I need to call in about, or is there something I can do without having to run the gauntlet of the offshore call centers? |

what box do you have? more than likely you are going to have to ring up. usually this is an issue with the box more than the smartcard but you will need someone out.

I quite often get it popping up in the middle of a program, switching channel and back again seems to clear it. Even happens on base (common to all packages) channels.
