Hi there folks i have had a none working sony Ericsson x10 for over a month now,as virgin no longer have the x10 they offered to exchange my phone but they had no good phones to exchange too,told the desire hd was available on the 20th today was advised to call back and arrange to get my phone sent out.Contacted them this morning spoke to a girl for all off two minites who said she emailed the exchange team for me,now before i was told the same & never received my phone call,is there a direct number to the exchange team or anyone on the forum who works on the exchange team who can help me

I am not aware of any Virgin Mobile staff actually being members of this site, I would just ring 789 from your phone and ask for a UK agent.
