Hi I got a text from virgin mobile to tell me that my £10 300 minits and 300 texts the VAT is going up to 20% fro 20 11 will I still be paying £10 a month if not I want more minits and texts if I am paying more

So you expect VM to pay the extra VAT??

If it does though go up in line with VAT then you'll be paying an extra 21p..

The VAT rate has nothing to do with how many mins and texts you get from VM.

Its the government that set the VAT rate. Would you expect an extra slice of bread in your loaf when the VAT goes up too??

VAT is currently 17.5% rising to 20% so you will probably end up paying something like £10.12 or something like that.
