Blackberry Curve Voicemail - No Voice!
 

Hi All -
My partner has Voicemail set up on her Curve 8520 and she can access it OK by pressing and holding down 1. Her 'welcome' message is set up.
If I ring her Curve and she doesn't answer there are two different options I get -
a) If the Curve is switched ON (and she doesn't answer) I eventually get an automated response informing me that, "this number is currently unavailable, try again later", or
b) If the Curve is turned OFF - an automated response gives me the option to only send a TEXT.
Anyone calling the Curve is unable to leave a Voice message.
